Who is Orange Conference for?

Orange Conference is an experience created for leaders in ministry all over the world—kids ministry, preschool ministry, middle school ministry, high school ministry, and family or next gen ministry. It’s for volunteers, staff, and volunteer-staff at churches who care about the faith and future of the next generation.

Will ticket prices increase?

Yes! The earlier you purchase your tickets, the more money you can save!

What’s your cancellation policy?

There is a no refund policy for this event, however, if you end up not being able to join us in person, we’re happy to transfer your ticket to Orange Conference Digital.

Is there a price-break if I bring my whole team?

Definitely. Creating moments for your whole team to experience and learn together is so important. That’s why we’ve made it as easy as possible to bring as many people in your team as you can. If you purchase 8 tickets or more, you’ll save $20 off per ticket!

Is it okay to attend as an individual?

Absolutely. While bringing a team is encouraged, joining Orange Conference as an individual is still an incredible experience filled with new ideas, opportunities to network, and practical solutions to bring home to your church.

What can I do if the breakout I want to attend is full?

Each breakout has a set capacity for the room, so for topics in some of the smaller rooms there is a limited capacity. If you want to be sure to get into the OC breakout you really want, purchase your OC tickets early so you’ll get 24 hours early-access when breakout registration launches later this year.

Can I volunteer at The Orange Conference?

Do you offer anything for my senior pastor?

Senior pastors are also welcome to join Orange Conference, but we host another conference called Rethink Leadership at the same time and in the same place specifically created for senior and executive leader roles. You can learn more at RethinkLeadership.com

How can I transfer my ticket to the digital event?

Do you offer a discount for students?

YES! Just click on the link in the pricing section of the OC23 home page. After you answer a few questions we’ll get in touch with you with the special pricing information.

Do you offer Continuing Education Credits for attending Orange Conference?

We do!  We love partnering with practitioners and educators and assisting in their ongoing learning. To receive educational credits, you’ll fill out this form after the event.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No. We’ve taken care of parking for you!

Is lunch included? Are you offering boxed lunches?

Lunch is not included, but there will be several offerings on-site – plenty of food trucks and Arena concession stands will be available for lunch.

Do I need to use Orange curriculum to attend Orange Conference?

Absolutely not! Orange Conference is for every family ministry leader who cares about the faith of the next generation—whether you use curriculum or not! If you’re wondering about Orange, it’s also a great place to learn more about First Look, 252 Kids, or XP3 Curriculum.
